Someone (VACO?) makes the fluted drive (Bristol) inserts to fit in a 
standard 1/4" screwdriver-style handle (the kind with two small flats to 
provide the drive needed).  It works perfectly for any of the Brislol 
screws in the R390A.  If you already have the handle, then all you need is 
the single insert.  If anyone needs these, I might could get them from the 
local shop (seems like mine was about $6.00) and send them to you.
