Tell that to everyone who has had to replace a filter choke because of
the leakage through a few dozen paper bypass caps. I spent several
years looking for an original replacement choke for an SP-600 because
the person who "totally re-capped it" couldn't be bothered to take the
RF deck apart and replace the paper bypass caps in there.
