[R-390] CV-591A Daka-ware pointer knob needed

I am completing the restoration of a CV-591A/URR product detector
and am in need of a Daka-ware pointer knob.  It is a 1-1/8" diameter
fluted black plastic knob the same as used on the Collins 75A/32V
series except that instead of a skirt, it has a flat white pointer.
The CV-591A/URR uses three of these 1/4" shaft pointer knobs and
I'm in need of one to finish the project.  A photo of the knob can be
