[R-390] Broadcast radio at 2 meg {Thanks}

	I want to thank all those that took the time to reply. It is time to 
do the five year disassembly and clean up .And was going to repair 
this problem at the same time. Whilst I run most covers and all tube 
shields, I will reinstall the Utah plate this time and see if it helps.
