[R-390] Tube sleeve source?

Guys:

Thanks again for all the sorting help. I went to Staples today a bought a 
bunch of flat 15x11x4 boxes, which I think will be a nice size and shape for 
storing the smaller tubes. What would help keep them organized within these boxes 
are the 5 tube sleeves, that you sometimes get on tubes.

Does anyone still sell those?
