RE [R-390] Diagnostic Help Needed

  Make the frequency show 7+000. The egg shaped cams should all point to  
paint or scratch marks on the chassis. There should be a mark for each cam. 
This shows that the rig is mechanically aligned. Electronic repairs should 
be made after mechanical repairs.
