[R-390] Diagnostic Help Needed

Some initial thoughts:
If the 3FT7 ballast tube (on the IF deck) isn't glowing slightly, then 
several oscillator tubes (BFO, PTO, etc.) may not be getting filament.
Hopefully the band change gears and mechanisms haven't gotten "out of sync".
Try turning the calibrator and BFO on and see if you can hear a calibrator 
carrier every 100 khz.
Rock the band change knob back and forth and see if something comes in - 
sometimes the band switches get corroded.
