[R-390] Packing for R-390s

The way the guy I got my EAC from said he unpacked it was from a wooden  
crate. The receiver was package in heavy foil ,heat sealed ,with the desicant  
inside with the radio. This follows as I have purchased more recent unused  
radios from good old Governmet Liquidations and before them the DRMO and the  stuff 
was packed the same way. One big piece of test equipment did come in a  
wooden crate packed just the way the 390 guy said his  was.
