[R-390] SAQ in CT

I have the 3486B, and it is a very hot receiver from VLF up through HF. 
The B also has an offset of either + or - 1.800 Hz,  from the signal 
depending on your setting. The B does not have to be set to the 3100 
bandwidth unless you are wanting voice. Mine is fed by a Quantum QX Plus 
loop, and it feeds a Timewave 599ZX mostly for beacon dxing. I sometimes 
dx longwave, and it excels there as well. My longest catch for beacons 
would probably be one out of Brazil or Argentina. Those NDBs were over 
4000 miles away.
