[R-390] Mechanical filter substitute

Impedance is variable -- adjust length, or to reduce impedance, add some
of that red sauerkraut. To increase impedance, incorporate some perogis.
(I actually had a dinner of all three -- kielbasa, red kraut & perogis
-- last night -- hopefully in the correct proportions. I kid you not.)
