[R-390] More on the NAVSHIPS 0967-063-2010 Manual Reprints

I am NOT telling anyone NOT to purchase copies of the '70 manual.  I have not seen a copy of that manual but I hear the pictures are much better than those in the '85 manual.  If just for that, seeing more detail in the pics would be reason enough to get one.  That's the reason we wanted to redo all the pictures with labels in the Y2K, the '85 pictures were just too junk.  If you get a copy of the '70 manual, just be aware there are 2 later editions:  '85 and Y2K.
