[R-390] Need help fixing R390A not to trip GFI breaker

There are disk ceramic capacitors made especially for AC line filtering.
X Capacitor: Safety capacitor used across AC line for differential
mode filtering
Y Capacitor: Safety capacitor connected to ground for common
mode filtering
They are available from Mouser, Newark, Digikey, etc.
