You and Bill are absolutely correct!  We've got the issue here in 
Northern Virginia *RIGHT NOW*.  The power company is trying to upgrade 
the transmission lines.  *EVERYBODY* is playing NIMBY!

*I* would LOVE to personally ask each of them - What appliance(s) are 
you willing to sacrifice?  How about your 4 or 5 plasma (or LCD) Flat 
panel displays, tuners, and DVRs?
