[R-390] Dail Lamps Again A Little Help Needed

I've done such a thing to at least a couple of 390A's.  Works pretty  
well, but can be a paint to get the light to diffuse like the pilot  
lamps did.  The white LEDs are *white* very white and if not filtered  
properly or fed with a regulator you get a nifty headache inducing  
strobe effect when you turn the dial quickly.
