[R-390] Unconnected wires

Bill,

That would go to the PHONES jack. Should bed another wire connected to the 
shield
and to the ground of the PHONES jack.

It connects to the LINE METER switch. If you look, there will probably be a 
terminal
on the LINE METER switch that lacks a wire. It would go there.
