I've seen Howard's work and I have to agree.  He does a very professional 
job....his Collins wrinkled finish panels are a true work of art and all his 
paint work it top notch.

Howard is the best....

I have tried them all but Howard Mills is really the best.  He takes an
engraved front panel and fills it in re-finishes it and silk-screens it.
Mine was perfect when received it back.  He will do an exchange or he
will do your own panel.
