[R-390] Another Fine Mess?

Hi

Any IF deck that ever has had backwards orange drops in it is ruined  
for all time. Send it to me immediately for disposal.

If you take a look at some vintages and builds of IF decks you will  
notice that some have all the caps in "right" and other builds  
apparently didn't pay much attention to the outer foil at all. I have  
never been able to tell a difference between one and the other. The  
radio will work just fine either way.
