[R-390] Capacitor checkers

THANK YOU to all who replied to my post wtb if deck.  Many offers, deck is 
on the way.

I am currently building up my supply of test equipment and am wondering what 
you gents use to check caps.  Would a Heath IT-11 work well for vintage BA?  
I think I have a C551 problem...
