Interesting.  I didn't know the 70-H1 nd 70-H12 PTOs were mechanically and 
electrically compatible.  It appears a fellow could make the an adapter for 
the power plug and a suitable cable for the output and not have to hack the 
R390A to use the 70-H1 but I suppose one uses what one has available at the 
time.
