[R-390] IERC Tube Shields Seen, SemiSane Price

The reason he hasn't gotten any bids for the tube shields is probably two 
fold. First, I couldn't find his listing under the "category" of "Collins 
Radio" in the search mode of Ebay. After plugging in the "item number" 
supplied for them  here, I found them listed under "tubes". The second 
reason there is no bids is probably because each "lot" of 7 or 8 shields is 
for a "different" size tube. He has an opening bid of $15 dollars for each 
lot, fitting all the same size tube. It's be nice if he made a "set" for the 
various sizes used in a R390, but they are not the only radio the shields
