[R-390] Litton BFO Counter Knobs

I have two more of the Litton BFO counter knobs that Bob got, NIB.  There is
a part missing though.  It is the base plate that screws to the radio to
which the knob attaches.  This part should be easy to fabricate, all the
neat parts are in the knob and it's housing and there are two of the
available.
