[R-390] Bill Feldmann's article in Sept ER

I picked up a copy of ER with this article yesterday.  For the audio 
modification it refrences ER issue 181 and Mike Murphy's 
modiifcation.  I'm still relatively new to R-390a's and only have a 
few ER's is this article available on the net, or elsewhere? It seems 
like ER's site has a problem, or my broswer has a problem with it.
