Actually, the "gear reduction" function is already there in the multi-turn
BFO design. It's the larger knob amd the position readout that make the
utility.
And yes, when you get what you need from the discard pile, I could use two
more. My the way, I think they are still available new as controls for ten
turn pots

The past, ummm, half dozen times I've asked the list over the years
I've gotten either guffaws or answers like "I don't know how many of
those I've throw away over the years," but does anyone have an extra
reduction-drive BFO turns counter that they've taken off?? For
sale? Cheap? (especially since they warrant being thrown away like
that... lol)
