[R-390] Mods and Mods

There's a Navy mod documented on the FAQ site to reroute
the C connector to the transformer primaries (formerly
the balanced input), if you have C hardware (but no
twinax hardware) in your junkbox.  Myself, I made a
soft one-side-grounded twinax to SO239 adaptor.
