[R-390] Strange R-390 IF deck

Hi, Dave,

Long time since we've heard from you.  I'm sure someone will claim the 
deck, but if by chance they don't, please don't send it to the landfill.  
Assuming you don't want too much for it, I'll take it if no one else speaks 
for it.
