Don,

I was not thinking of the cap and lead so much as a radiator but as a 
receiver point that lets other stuff back into a circuit from some other radiation 
point. Thus we get an unwanted feed back loop.

I had not done the math well. I missed the decimal point and was thinking 
like a .8 uf cap. Where a 1.0 may be a problem.

Good feed back we squelch this before it becomes an urban myth.
