[R-390] Pulling IERC Tube Shields

I have found that spark plug boot pullers make a good tool to pull off those
pesky IERC tube shields you can't quite reach to get a good grip on.  Some
of them are plastisol coated for better grip.  Check out the supply at your
local auto parts store.
