[R-390] Meter

While you're digging in the junk box for any tubes you might want to 
dispose of, please, see if you happen to have an extra "Carrier Level" 
meter or better yet, the outside black bezel.  Mine is bent, although 
not too badly, and I'd rather replace it than try to straighten it.

I'm still in the market for a reasonably priced 390A.  I know it's a 
long shot, but maybe someone just has too many and would consider 
selling one for something less than a gazillion dollars.
