[R-390] Krohn Hite 3200

G'day group. I just purchased a Krohn Hite 3200 dual
filter which I intend to use as a bandpass filter or
as a notch filter with my R-390A.  Originally I was
going to use it on the audio output to speaker but
when I got it, I discovered it has a 100K input/output
impedance and does have limits on how much drive you
can give it.  Two options occur to me now.  One is to
use the diode load and an external amp and the other
is to use the headset output and then the headsets.  

Has anyone had any experience with the 3200 and if so,
what might be your recommendations? Thanks.
