[R-390] ReCapping Question

Along the lines of capacitor questions, has anyone seen very many failures 
for the blue molded capacitors that are prevalant in various R390A 
modules?  See the pictures at Chuck's website below for samples of these.

I'm wondering if these are considered a very reliable capacitor over time.  
They do appear to physically have held up well.  The cap checker I have is 
not in the best of shape so I don't have a good way to check them.
