I have found that vinyl tubing purchased at Home Depot or Lowes works OK. I
don't remember the sizes I bought, but if you measure the diameter of the
tubes and buy tubing with an appropriate tight fit ID, it will work. The
pullers show up on eBay occasionally. They seem to bring a high price
though.
