[R-390] Increase in spam

Tim, I agree with you, harvesting is currently a big thing affecting both
Windows and Linux servers.  This current situation here is probably not a
virus/worm, but you never can be totally sure. 

I guess I have to brag a bit here.  I have not seen one bit of spam from
either the lists I subscribe to or in general.  We have upgraded our main
mail server and virtually stopped all spam.  It makes me feel good knowing
that our system works better than Yahoo and the other big boys.

I don't think the virus was the cause of the spam, but it
seems that most of the qth.net (and indeed most other
public mailing lists I know of) mailing lists have
been "harvested" for E-mail addresses in the past
month or two. After they get harvested they're
picked up by spammers and viruses and
everything. It sucks, but seems to be par for the course.
