[R-390] Interesting receiver

It is to bad there isn't the kind of documentation  for these less
know rrigs such as one finds for Collins equipment.  By this I mean
the notes and thoughts of the engineers who designed various part of
a Collins radio.  I find it fascinating to learn the why, the how, and
the reason why  these milispec radios where built as they where.
