[R-390] Sensitivity Test/That time again for a simple reminder.....

Thanks Les, I agree, but many people seem to still equate anything R-390 
to the "A" as I have had several replies that indicate that.  So, until 
we are all on the same page with this R-390/URR I will be forced to 
continue with the "Non A" designation to be sure folks know what I am 
talking about.
