[R-390] Digital readout

I will be back in Frederick next weekend, and will take a look in the
hardware box. I seem to think I do have a Veeder counter. Is that what you
are looking for, or do you want the one used to mod the BFO.  Those are
still stock commercial items available off the shelf.
