[R-390] FYI: Msg From Fair Radio re Dial Window Flaps/Covers

Folks had mentioned dial covers.  This was in my latest email back  
and forth with Fair Radio.

I don't think they sell them outright anymore unless you were to go  
by the store and pick one up in person.  They've been putting things  
like that on Ebay piecemeal....
