[R-390] R-390A I-F assembly unit manufacture?

I have an R-390A/URR whose I-F assembly has the following notation stamped on the side where
the manufacturer's data is usually seen:

"FINAL I.F. UNIT
 560 7877 096
 COL. SER. NO. 4312"
 
I haven't looked under the assembly or elsewhere to attempt to ID the manufacturerer or date of
manufacturer.

But it appears this may be a Collins Radio Co. I-F unit, or a "depot dog."

Can anyone help me out, etc., etc.
