[R-390] Record Price for an R-390A PTO???

Per the current discussion on parting out radios, there is a fellow  
in Greece that regularly parts out R-390As and puts them up for  
auction.  Ebay item 150038858439 is a Progressitron PTO, looks clean,  
etc.  The auction ended shortly before I posted this.

The ending bid? A smidge over $140

The fellow is a regular seller, and IFAIK not a crook.  At least he  
hasn't been discussed as such here on the list or elsewhere.
