[R-390] Looking for Y201/203 crystal holder

My Stewart Warner R390A suffered a setback today.  The
crystal holder/heater assembly with the octal plug
fell apart.  Does anyone have a spare one or know
where I can acquire one.  I have the crystals, I just
need the holder assy.
