[R-390] Line Filter Replacement

The filters are available through Mouser (and other places):

I used a 3 amp model as the original filter is rated at that (and it
happened to be what I had on hand).

I did make a couple of extra brackets.  If the demand is great enough, I
might could make some more.  They're going to be a bit high, though, as it
takes a while to machine those things by hand and the material itself isn't
all that cheap.  I bought a foot to make the first prototypes, but the
material would be cheaper if I bought 3 feet or more.
