[R-390] FS R390A Possible NC Delivery this weekend

I have the following radio that I am unsure whether to sell via parts 
on the auction site or try here first. So.....   I am located in 
Staunton Va and will be traveling to Raleigh NC and Fayetteville this 
weekend and could meet  sometime this weekend.  With cell phones, 
this should not be that challenging.  (Anywhere along the route is 
acceptable too.. US 29 etc.NC 86 and I-40)  Price: $425 cash on 
delivery.  The story is in the details of course:

This unit was bought a couple of years ago with the intention of 
restoring and no way I will ever get to it. Inside, it is 
spectacularly clean and nice.  It had a couple of broken clamps and I 
have replaced them with WW Grainger stainless replacements.  It does 
not have meters.   Included is a totally refinished new front panel 
and another one that is presently on the unit to work on it until it 
was electrically finished.  It has a Stuart Warner tag, Utah cover, 
bottom cover but no top cover.  It is missing some hardware screws 
that hold the front panel on.  The knobs are there but need to be 
refinished. I have yet to plug it in but because all that has been 
done is get the gear clamps replaced. It has 26Z5's not the solid 
state.  The veeder root counter needs to be refinished.  I believe it 
is complete less the screws and meters, but if something is missing, 
it would have to be minor hardware as the only possibility.

When this unit is done putting  refinished knobs on, the refinished 
front panel, finding some meters, some front panel screws, this will 
be a beautiful looking radio. It's going to take the usual 
reassembly  by the manual including mechanical alignment and 
electrical alignment .

In the event there is no takers on delivery or pickup,  I will
