[R-390] Warm up yer '390s for RSH this Saturday

RSD is being heard well here along the South Carolina coast since about 
2320UTC Nov.4 . They seemed to be having technical problems at 2330UTC with audio 
distortion and feedback/squeal. The signal cut off a few short times then back 
on with clear audio again. The audio does sound restricted, they should have 
consulted with some of the Hi-Fi SSB guys stateside on how to set up a SSB ham 
rig for broadcasting music.
       If I can I will mail them a reception report from their namesake 
island, St. Helena Island, SC which will have a St. Helena Island postmark. By the 
way St. Helena Island, SC  is where I heard SAQ last summer along one of its
