[R-390] Warm up yer '390s for RSH this Saturday

Radio St Helena Day starts this Saturday (tomorrow) for those who  
want to show folks how well our radios can pull signals out of the  
ether.  Here's a reminder from AB Bonds on the Boatanchors list --

"It's this weekend, folks--Radio St Helena will be broadcasting to NA  
starting Saturday November 4 at 2330 Z through 0100 Sunday (that's  
1830-2000 EST last I looked).  11092.5 USB."

It's only a short broadcast from a flyspeck island in the south  
atlantic, and it's nearly as rare a catch as SAQ. (almost)
