[R-390] interesting signal on AM 520

Good evening Scott.  Actually, several GM's exist in
the FAA system. For example, GM is also the ID for the
LOM/IAF Teels Intersection at Milwaukee ILS RWY 7R
approach.  The FAA does not currently use 4 character
intersections so double check the YWAT if there might
be another character.  BTW, Teels is 242Khz.
