[R-390] RE: Carrier Level meter R-390 A

I second that request, and make one of my own: could you also
inspect the IF deck (requires removal, sigh) and let us know
the values of R548 & R537, the internal resistance of the
replacement meter (be _very_ careful here_), and the content
of any annotation added by Fair to the radio or IF deck?
