[R-390] How to reply to a message?

Hi Paolo:

The lists vary somewhat, but on this one, if you wish to post to the list 
instead of only replying privately, choose "Reply All" and it will include 
the reflector's email address as well as the individual(s).  Your previous 
post came through fine.
