[R-390] R390A interconect cables

I am restoring a Stewart Warner R390A and I have
discovered that the coaxial interconnect cables are in
pretty bad shape  (insulation cracked and braid and or
center conductor broken).  Does anyone know of a good
currently available cable to rebuild the original
ones.  One suggestion was RG-174 which is small 50 ohm
cable.  I'm just not sure how critical the cable
impedance is.
