[R-390] Anyone have some of these?

I need 20 of these for an R390A project.

Seller doesn't want to sell in smaller quantity.  I'll by 100 if I have to, 
but was wondering if anyone knows where I can get 20 or 30 of them, 
hopefully for a bit less money.
