[R-390] Lincoln Project/ Radio Mart

I've only seen it referenced to as the military-industrial complex
spin-off of MIT's Lincoln Labs, circa 1950's. Later became what
is now MITRE. They did do radio stuff back then (but mostly RADAR).

No way MITRE was doing that stuff in 93 under the name "Lincoln
Project".
