That highest serial number is the highest serial number that was reported to
either Tom Marcotte or myself when we ran that informal survey years ago.
Those contracts were typically for 5,000 units with the exception of the
1967 EAC contract for 10,000 + and various small contracts to both military
and civilian governmental agencies.
